Dear Parents/Guardians,
SACHS, a dental provider, will offer free dental services (dental cleaning, fluoride, & fillings) to our students on campus on March 15 & 16, 2023. Please complete the SAC Health Dental School Based Program Patient forms that we sent home with your student on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, if you would like your child to participate. The forms must be returned to our school Health Aide by no later than Feb. 28th.
